Kristin Price (Suga Brown)
is a driven singer-songwriter, producer, musician and engineer. Her music is a
combination of styles: R&B, Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Alternative, Neo-Soul,
Go-Go, Rock and Gospel. Born in the Washington D.C. Metro area, Suga attended
State University New York Purchase College, earned a Bachelor in Studio
Production. She is the first of her family to receive a Masters in Music
Composition. She is the president and founder of Priceless Music, a music
production company based in D.C. Metro area.
Suga Brown started producing for other
artists to build her clientele, and now produces music worthy of an
international audience. She has had a song placed on Kindred the Family
Soul’s second album. Entitled “Where Would I be (The Question),” it was
the first song released off the album. On The Billboard, was top of the
R&B airplay and number 2 on the Hot R&B / hip-hop Recurrents.
Her debut album, Got Suga? has
people at a standstill. The album gives listeners an insight of a woman's most
intimate hidden thoughts. More recently, Suga has produced a song for the
talented Eric Arceneaux. Your
Lover is in the top 100 highest-rated music videos on You Tube.
Currently she is producing for the talented songwriter, D.H.
